Computerized estimates
We use CCC ONE Estimating System to create clear, concise, and accurate estimates to minimize “surprise” costs.

A full spectrum of expert collision repair and painting

Superior painting & computerized color matching using PPG Envirosafe Products. For your refinishing needs, we use the Nova Verta  heated down-draft spray & bake booth. All paint colors are expertly mixed using our computerized paint matching system. Material application is performed in a dust-free environment, then baked at 165 degrees for 45 minutes to accelerate delivery.

Custom work including wings, graphics, and more

“Fast Lane Services”:
Small scrapes & dings may be more affordable to repair than you think. Our new state- of- the- art repair process uses a “UV” Lamp and special primer application to speed up process of repair. We also offer Paintless Dent Removal which eliminates the need to refinish your vehicle after repairs.  We can now complete many small repairs in just one day! Even more importantly- it is much more cost effective for our customers.

Restoration:
Custom restoration work by reservation only. We now offer "Rotisserie" services using our new Auto Twilrer. This allows full access to all areas of your vehicle as it is suspended in the air and twirled for optimal inspection & repairs! Call for more information.

Glass Specialists:
Convenient one-day service & direct insurance billing for windshield replacement.

Lifetime Guarantee on our work as long as you own the vehicle. Written warrantees are backed not only by Don Roy’s Auto Body, but also by the manufacturers of the products & parts that we use in the repair process. “OEM” parts in general, carry a lifetime warranty as does the workmanship at Don Roy’s Auto Body; the only exception being rust. There is no guarantee on rust.

Night Drop Box:
For your convenience, you may drop your car after hours for next-day service.
Our secure Drop Box is located just next to the main door. Envelopes are provided.
Be sure to lock up your vehicle for your safety!


Professional Insurance Claims Handling:
We will cheerfully assist you with your Insurance Claims. Remember, there are no  “stupid” questions. We accept all Massachusetts Insurance Company referrals.
